SLOW COOKER CHICKEN W/ MUSHROOM WINE SAUCE

INGREDIENTS:
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 small onion minced
1 teaspoon parsley
1/4 cup white wine
3 cloves garlic minced
1/4 cup milk
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms drained
salt and pepper to taste
2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
DIRECTIONS:
1. In slow cooker mix together the soup, onion, parsley, wine, garlic, milk, and mushroom pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Place chicken in slow cooker and cover with soup mix.
2. Cook on low setting for 5-6 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.

Serve over pasta or rice! ENJOY!!!
